At Yeelight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lighting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure that the lighting fixtures are placed back in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
